A Blogger Thanks

As I stumbled across 365 Days of Gratitude’s blog this morning  it made me reflect on the year and realize that I do not give  enough thanks to the people in my life.  In my heart I feel gratitude each day for the little and big things that make each day complete.

Some days are good, others can go horribly wrong, and the one thing we all know is life is never a steady ride. It is bumpy, slow, and sometimes moves too fast. But it is how we hold onto the wheel and the company we keep that keeps us going.

I want to say Thank You to everyone in the blogging community for their support, visits, uplifting posts, humor, wit, and wisdom. Each of you in your own unique way has brightened my day and brought a smile to my face while I sip my coffee.

If you could give thanks for one thing in 2012 what would it be?

  1. Gratitude is my favorite thing to read about. I skip over a lot of blogs, but ones that are clearly about thanks are ones I am always, always happy to read. 🙂

What I’m most thankful for in 2012? Family. I didn’t get to see my new niece and nephew as much as I’d like, but I’ll be seeing them soon, and that is a great blessing!

    HAPPY NEW YEAR!

  2. In 2012 the one thing that I was most thankful for were people who made me laugh. Not mean, mocking people. I’m talking about people who could look at what was going on & find the humor in the situation. Like you. And like so many other kind-hearted, fun-loving bloggers & friends. God bless ’em, one and all.

    1. Thank you 🙂 I was once called out for being snarky and it made me reevaluate a lot of things when I first started blogging, My intention is never to be mean but I love to laugh at the silly things in life. I wish you the best in 2013! May it be bright and prosperous! Happy New Year!

  3. Only one thing in 2012? Dang, this is so hard…um, I am thankful for all the kind and loving things that happened throughout the year. It smoothed out the rough edges.

    Peace and love to you!

  4. In 2012, I suppose I’m thankful that God didn’t allow me to eff things up worse than I already did! Believe me, the potential was there! 😉 Oh, and of course I’m thankful for the blogger community, my wonderful family, and all that usual shite. 😉

    Happy Holidays my dear!

    P.S. Nearly forgot WINE!

  5. I know that I can be neglectful at times, Darcie, but I have really come to be thankful for you. From the first, it was usually your friendly comment that I would find first on my posts, and I don’t think you have any idea how much your visits came to mean to me. I was new and unsure about myself, but you reached out and made me welcomed. I would always call out to my husband and say, “Look, honeys, Darcie was first to leave a comment, again!” 🙂

Thank you, dear Amiga. And I wish you now a VERY Happy and Prosperous New Year!!!

    1. Thank you, Virginia! It touches my heart and know that I always there for you in this blogging world! I always look forward to your kind and thoughtful comments too! Wishing you and yours the best in 2013!

  6. Wow, thank you for the shout out! I work so hard to keep things filled with gratitude in my life. It is awesome that my blog has touched another. For that, today, I am thankful for you.

  7. Happy New Year, Belle, and what a lovely way to chime it in!. I’d have to say thank you for natural wonders: sunsets, forests, snowfall. This world was created to be stunning.
