The hubster & I like our holidays merry & bright & mellow, so we stay away from family gatherings on the actual date of a holiday. Instead, we visit our loved ones in the weeks prior to a holiday– before everyone has had time to get hissy-fitted & snitified.
Lots of activities and food and drink! Have a Great One:)
I think food and wine are key
A big bottle of scotch. Nah…..I just enjoy the time! Have a Merry Christmas!!!!!!
A bottle of scotch is always nice to curl up with the fireplace
Wishing you a very Merry Christmas!
My loved ones are usually pretty mellow for the holidays, but I have participated in a few holidays that make me appreciate this with a chuckle.

I think that is an excellent idea! It makes it that much easier to enjoy time with your loved ones.
Exactly. Everyone is happy. Everyone is connected. No one is marginalized. Win, win, win.
A definite win!
