It is a very sad story that breaks my heart. I don’t believe the government has the right to grant license to conceive. But I do believe in spending money in better resources to educate and place more money in social work programs so children like Baby M do not slip through the cracks.
I think this is very, very sad indeed. I can’t even imagine such a thing, but we have many neglectful parents out there, and too often we don’t know anything about them until it is too late.
