Weirdly, though I love nature, I always seem to find myself taking photos of the people standing in it My boyfriend laughed at me once, we were doing a trek around Mont Blanc and despite the absolutely jaw dropping scenery, I mostly ended up with shots of our trek-mates smiling, eating, giving the Miley Cyrus peace sign, yadayada you get the picture… I like to think it’s because I’m also a people person
It’s a nice quotation, but I just can’t see that torrent of water as tears. That much water, to me, is all happiness and blessing. Still, it’s a beautiful photo, the sort that gives me a bit of travel fever.
Thank you! I think it might have just been the mood I was in when I did it. There is so much beauty in the mountains and when the glacier waters melt it brings so much back to nature I think you should plan a trip up North!
Everywhere. Here. Outside. In words, in the sky, in the people I meet, in the things they do, in the life all around us, and in the workings of nature. To exist is beautiful.
I find beauty in flowers. Not the most original answer to your question, but it’s the truth. Show me a rose or a daylily [or a dandelion even] and I’m as happy as can be.
Everywhere–definitely including this image! I’m most fond of finding it in my son’s smile, or the sound of his laugh. But I do indeed find it many other places.
wow what a beautiful picture.
I am currently inspired by nature which is right outside my door. I have a nest of new baby robins in our porch. They are getting so big now I don’t know how they all fit in that nest. I think they will be leaving the nest soon. Mother Robin has been very busy bringing them worms and bugs all day long.
That is just simply beautiful, Darcie, the picture and the quote! But as you already know, I find peace and beauty in my garden.
Thank you! You do have a beautiful garden with so many friendly guests
Is there better word out there other than beautiful to describe this?
Thank you! Athabasca falls is a very beautiful place
That picture is beauty… I find the ocean and the mountains are the two most beautiful places….
I can’t wait to get my feet wet in the ocean! I’m counting down the days
Beautiful picture with a thought-provoking caption!
Thank you

“To exist is beautiful.” I love your words Nelle. They too are beautiful!
In everything!
I love everything and everyone LOL
I find beauty in insanity!
There is something beautiful in all of it and how we are all connected on this one earth. I feel like singing “Give Peace a Chance!”
hahha ya! I did a post about being thankful today! I should have added mountains to it! I freaking adore mountains! <3
I will have to come visit soon! I’m so behind on my blog readings! There is so much to be thankful in this world. I feel very blessed
Wow, I love this photo and your phrase Mountain Tears says it so well: giving life back.
Thank you, Karen!
Nature, always nature – though the rare twinkle in my sweetie’s eyes makes my world glow.
I bet her eyes shine like the diamond! Beautiful!
Your picture today is the very definition of beauty to me, especially if I had to work to get there and brought a decent bottle of wine.
Thank you! I have the perfect hiking pack and it has wine storage
I basically just step outside my front door and it’s right there.
Seriously. My neighbor is HOT.
Oh, and the mountains and trees and flowers and everything else aren’t bad looking, either.
Hahaha! She sounds like she came right out of a music video!

Flowers make me happy too! I love their bright welcoming colors and distinct aromas! They really have away of brightening my day!
Beauty is internal as well as external, especially in the great outdoors:) Loving your post!
Thank you! There really is so much to enjoy on both the inside and out
Whoa, that is one fantastic photo! Way to start the Wednesday blog hop in style, girlfriend!
Thank you! It really is one of my favorite spots
Everywhere!
It really is!
The sea often does it for me, Belle
And our forest…
I bet it is beautiful!

Thank you! There really is so much beauty in a child smile! I think of it as close to perfect as we can get
